The Performance Evaluation is of great importance for the company's growth, but for many enterprises, it constitutes one of the vulnerable parts for management. The advertising agency, as the representative providing the intellectual service, should establish an appropriate performance evaluation system, which is of great significance for its sustainable development. The paper will study the relevant issues regarding the design of the Employee Performance Evaluation system, with the support of a series of theories concerning contemporary human resources management, performance evaluation and salary motivation. This article will explore the Performance Evaluation practices of XX advertising agency, to find out problems through the analysis based on the current performance evaluation system for its staff. The article will also redefine the PE system in terms of its goal, principle, object and the principle part. The content, measurement and the weight of the evaluation will be demonstrated and reassured in a more scientific way. The article will remodel the new performance evaluation system and design its flow.Considering the problems emerging from the old evaluation system facing the XX advertising company, the author has optimized the Performance Evaluation system by applying the related theory and work experiences. Establish employee performance appraisal system analysis method of performance assessment for the company, the problems existing in the system, and put forward the performance evaluation system of a specific countermeasure. The employees are motivated at work and they recognized the revised version of the Performance Evaluation system. The company achieved improvements in the improvements in the entire performance after the evaluation. Management of the company considered the revision has achieved the goals as expected.
