In recent years,along with the gradual deepening of the reform of the health system of the national pharmaceutical industry,the continuous implementation of such policies as"business change to increase","two votes","zero addition" of drugs,the pharmaceutical industry has ushered in a big reshuffle.Facing such opportunities and challenges at the same time,improve the internal management level,make enterprise performance management system correctly,and guide enterprises to focus on the implementation of the short and medium term strategic objectives and development,is the focus in recent years more and more attention to the pharmaceutical enterprises.Therefore,this article from the Eastern medicine Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Eastern medicine company")on the problems of the human resource management status and the existing performance management system with the focus on the realization of the strategic goal of enterprise development oriented research,use of key performance indicators KPI to design an effective performance evaluation index system,has very important significance.Firstly,this paper studies the research background,research questions,research methods and ideas,and summarizes the concept,characteristics and evaluation process of key performance indicators.Secondly,the content of the current situation of performance appraisal etc.according to the current production management at all levels,the actual situation of the human resource management,the company’s eastern medicine company,summarized the main features of the company performance;through the questionnaire,investigation of the employees of the company performance evaluation satisfaction,analyzes the results of the investigation,the existing system of performance evaluation of pharmaceutical companies in Eastern problems,put forward to solve this problem is to redesign the company’s performance appraisal system.Again,describes the design of KPI examination system before the preparation work based on the factors of KPI index in the design of the unified standards,the principles and ideas of KPI index design is discussed,on the basis of this,according to the situation of the strategic objectives of the company from top to bottom,the layers of decomposition,the formation of enterprise level,department level three,employee performance evaluation index system of corporate performance evaluation system optimization design,Then,according to the process of performance management,assessment of the implementation process of the system implementation process of the company is studied,including performance preparation,performance planning,performance implementation,performance appraisal,performance appraisal feedback performance appraisal system,performance appraisal result should be fully used for compensation management,training and other development company the module of human resources,and the performance of the new index system design of the running effect are introduced.Finally,the research results are briefly summarized and prospected.This paper is based on the key performance indicators of KPI and construct a complete performance evaluation system,using the tools and methods,the disadvantages of Eastern medicine business enterprise performance appraisal are effectively solved,the development strategy and implementation of the performance appraisal company to adapt to match the performance satisfaction.Through the implementation of the existing system,greatly improving the eastern pharmaceutical enterprises management level,to provide some useful reference for domestic pharmaceutical enterprises to enhance the management level of enterprises.
