"11th Five-Year Plan" is a critical period of building a well-off society. Coalindustry is an important industry which is related to energy security and nationaleconomy. We must change the mode of economy development and speed up structuraladjustment of coal industry while meet the need of the national economy and socialdevelopment. In this way we realize sustainable development which characterized asgood economic returns and less environmental pollution. So it has become an urgentissue to design coal industrial chain through clean coal technologies in order to makegood use of coal resources.As a modern form of industrial development, ecological industrial chainemphasizes the transition from "by-products" of up-stream into raw materials of thedown-stream. Finally it can become a closed-loop system in which resources canrecycle. In the direction of the national coal strategy, this dissertation designs coalindustrial chain network according to the principle of material matching. Meanwhile itstudies the stability of the symbiotic network. The main content is as follows:(1) Through reviewing the research for industrial chain home and abroad, thisdissertation points out that eco-industrial chain is the junior form while symbioticnetwork is the senior form of industrial symbiosis. Then this paper illustrates thedefinition and circular elements of the eco-industrial chain. In addition it introducesoperational mode of the eco-industrial chain. Moreover the dissertation designsprinciples, steps and different interlinked ways of designing eco-industrial chain.(2) In accordance with national coal development strategy, this paper designs coalindustrial chain by CCT. So we can achieve intensive development of coal industry,economy growth and protection of environment effectively. Meanwhile it expoundsthe scale effect of the network according to the theory of industry cluster andeconomy of scale in order to improve the enterprise and the whole network.(3) This dissertation elaborates eco-industrial chain link model, polluted effect ofwaste and symbiotic effect of the eco-industrial chain network. Then it designsstability model of the eco-industrial chain network, and put them into practice.
