Research On Stability Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Based On Symbiotic Theory

Since 2007, a series of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliances have set up among many industries in China. At present, Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance in China is in the initial stage, at the same time, from foreign experience, we have found that the stability of the alliance has critical impact on its long-term development. Therefore, the study about the stability of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance has great theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly, the paper summarizes the related theories about industrial technology innovation, and studies the symbiotic unit, symbiotic mode and symbiotic environment of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance from the perspective of the symbiotic theory. On this basis, the paper constructs the Logistic Model of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance, and divides the alliance symbiotic model into parasitic mode, partial interest symbiosis mode, asymmetrical mutualism symbiosis mode and symmetrical mutualism symbiosis mode, and then the paper discusses the stability of the alliance under these four different modes. The results show that: the stability of parasitic mode and partial interest symbiosis mode are not stable. Under asymmetrical mutualism symbiosis mode, the alliance is more stable. The stability of symmetrical mutualism symbiosis mode is the ideal mode of the alliance. Then the paper analyzes two typical cases which are American SEMATECH and Chinese Internet of Things Alliance with the symbiotic model. Finally, this paper puts forward Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the stability of industrial technology innovation alliance from the perspective of s symbiotic theory. We should focus on the relevance, complementary and compatibility of alliance's members when select. Every member in the alliance should sign a legally binding agreement; establish relevant administrative agencies and a management system of funding, mechanism of the interests'security and distributions. Meanwhile, the government should take full advantage of the various policy tools to create a good environment for alliance's living, and to dredge the channels of financing, to increase the financial support of the alliance.
