The level of development and utilization of coal resources and the level of economic and social development of the country have promoted each other and restricted each other at the same time.Coal resources has support the rapid development of our country economic in recent years,but the resource constraints and ecological pressures that accompany are becoming more and more prominent.The urgent problem our country need to solve is how to use the coal mineral resources reasonably and reduce the environmental pollution during its process of mining and using,extent the Eco-industrial chain and maintain the stability of the entire Eco-industrial system.We use the theory and research methods of industrial ecology,circular economics and ecological industrial park to do the research of the construction and stability of Eco-Industrial chain in mining Area.The main contents have several aspects:Firstly,Based on the principles of the construction of ecological industrial chain and build steps,the vertical integration material of ecological industry chain based on the mining of coal resources, the horizontal integration based on the utilization of by-products and associated mineral resources. According to Cost-Volume-Profit Analysis, with the settling of resources inflows and outflows guideposts between each production cell in the ecological industry chain model of mining areas and constructing the evaluation model of production cell to optimize the production scale.Then, we distinguished the operate model of the the coal mining area’s ecological industry chain into 3 symbiotic types. including equality,relying and nested.Applying the Logistic Growth equation of ecology into the research of coal mining area’s ecological industry chain’s typical operate model.Analysis the stability of industry chain according the growth of ecological benefit of companies running with symbiotic types of industry chain and the interaction between different companies in the park.At last,using Yan Kuang Group as the case, we researched the ecological industry chain’s building of Yan Kuang group’s circular ecological model. according the actual development situation of Yan Kuang Group and combining Logistic Growth model,researched the relationship of the ecological benefit growth between Yan Kuang Group’s coal mining industry and its Satellite companies the power plants.Then we designed a optimized development model of Yan Kuang Group.
