The stability eco-industrial chain is one of the most important standard to test the construction of an eco-industrial park, With the social and economic development, people are increasingly concerned about ecological issues, and eco-industrial park has been widely practiced at home and abroad, while the effectiveness of eco-industrial park construction and operation situation is not optimistic.In this paper, we choose the stability of eco-industrial chain as the research object, attempting to use evolutionary game theory, respectively, to study the stability of single-chain in bilateral cooperation and multilateral cooperation in multi-chain.We use the evolutionary game theory to conduct a corporate defaults game model under the conditions of a single strand of cooperation, and make its numerical simulation analysis. Based on the number ecology replicator dynamics, considering government subsidies impact on the reuse of waste, we established a improved default game model under the conditions of single chain and analyze the business process and calculate both games. The results showed that both upstream and downstream enterprises take cooperation is the only evolution equilibrium point of the game process. In evolutionary game process, government subsidies play a key role:that is, Under certain conditions, only the government subsidies are reasonable (not too high nor too low) can it quickly reach evolutionary equilibrium point.The paper carried out the stability analysis of corporate game under the conditions of a number of ecological industry chains. The paper established three nodes, five chain complex chain mode, on this basis, defined the business rules of the game and the revenue function, and defined the three nodes of the64kinds of corporate strategy combination.Through the programming software for numerical simulation analysis, Simulation results show that under a condition of a number of ecological industry chain, In addition, the opportunistic behavior can give enterprise to bring the short term profit,but will damage the long-term stability of the ecological industry chain as a whole. In simulation results analysis, by controlling variable method for the parameters sensitivity analysis, determine which strategy under the condition of established companies to adopt processing by-products.This paper combined dynamic evolutionary game theory and multi-agent simulation theory and applied it to eco-industrial link stability analysis, providing a new perspective for the development of eco-industrial park. The simulation results of have a guiding significance for the eco-industrial park in decision-making corporate behavior.
