The distributed supply chain base on MTS is much more likely to China's current situations. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the collaborative planning methods of such kind of supply chain. The thesis try to solve the collaborative problem with several vendors, a manufacturer with more than one plant and several distributors using mathematical optimization method, which mainly considers minimizing the total supply chain cost, and work out the variation regular pattern between the unit-stockout cost and the method of the collaborative planning problem as well. The main contents include the followings:Firstly, the characteristics of the distributed supply chain based on MTS were analyzed, and then the related theoretical knowledge of the collaborative planning of supply chain was summarized.Secondly, the features and implementing requirements of the main collaborative planning methods and their fundamental methods were presented, and the mathematical optimization methods to solve the collaborative planning problems were demonstratedThirdly, on the basis of the analysis of the mainly supply chain cost factors and their impacts on the total supply chain cost, a model was established to minimize the total cost of a supply chain which contains several vendors, a manufacturer with more than one plant and several distributors.Finally, supported by Lingo, a simulation model was solved, and the variation regular pattern of the supply chain collaborative planning methods changing with the variable of the unit-stockout cost was brought forward, which comes to a result- along with the increasing of the unit-stockout cost, the number of stockout has reduced. However, the total production cost, the number of final products and the number of the raw materials has increased gradually.
