Research On Collaborative Planning And Operation Cycle Of Supply Chain Based On Markvo Chain

The purpose of the supply chain operation study is to better resolve the problems in operation. By using a quantitative model which accurately reflects the supply chain operation, the reasonable forecast to the behavior and phenomenon of the supply chain management may be achieved;And this model can also help enterprises with the supply chain optimization and re-design.Time and cost are the two important factors which can evaluate the performance of the supply chain operation. These two factors can also be easily quantified. The operation of the supply chain is analyzed from three aspects: planning, decision making and control. Taking the operation cycle as the cutting point, time and cost as the main factors to be studied, the supply chain collaborative planning and the decision making for optimization of production, inventory transportation are studied in this paper. The methods of supply chain control are investigated.Firstly, the main factors influencing supply chain operation are summarized. The current situation of the supply chain operation studies both home and abroad is presented. The mathematic abstract to enterprise flexibility is realized. The network plan method based on decision making collection is proposed.Secondly, the incoherence of the operation cycle between manufacturers and distributors is studied. The coordination planning of three staged-netlike supply chain with uncertain consumer needs is discussed. The optimized method of supply chain coordination planning in case of multi suppliers, single manufacturer and multi distribution centre is analyzed. The model about production, inventory and distribution based on manufacturer is established.Finally, the Markov chain is introduced into the supply chain study based on the uncertainty of the supply chain and the willing of the supply chain enterprises to cooperate with each other. The methodology of supply chain operation cycle based on Markvo chain is presented. The operation model of multi- stage netlike supply chain is established. The application of this model is indicated by analysis of concrete casestudy.
