Collaborative Model Based On Integrated Supply Chain Erp And Aps

Under the background of economy globalization, information networking, competition internationalization, knowledge recycling, enterprises in supply chains confront unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Thus, research on Supply Chain Management (SCM) must fit the characteristics of the time. The theory of collaboration has been applied into the SCM research, and has been one of the hot research areas to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. As an assistant way to realize the supply chain collaboration, information integration includes technology integration based on collaboration and the collaboration based on technology integration. By the combining, cyclic iterative and spiral propelling process of both integration and collaboration, they focus on the allsidedness, wholeness, systematization and all-in-one. Thus, how to utilize the advanced management concept and current information technology and how to effectively implement supply chain collaboration (SCC) have been the most valuable research fields.Because the collaborative supply chain is a complex giant system, it is difficult and complicated to study. In this paper, we used literature research, theoretic logic analysis and concept modeling and system design application as the basic research methods. Based on the former research achievement and guided with collaboration theory and the key technology of SCM, we systematically studied the development process and research structure of SC. Then, we proposed and analyzed a model of dynamic collaborative supply chain. After that, under the guide of this model, we propose an ERP and APS integration model from the angle of operations, system functions and business process. At last, based on a project the author participated in, we analyzed the planning system informatization process and system integration of the inner supply chain in X Group Corporation. The essential work in this paper is as follows:1. Basic theory and literature research.In this paper, we reviewed numerous literatures, and made a summary of research status of collaborative supply chain and supply chain planning. We mainly focused on the basic concept and model of SCC, collaboration methods, strategic programming of SC planning, planning model and optimization, the planning system and technology support to do literature research. This part of conclusion would provide a train of thought and theoretic guide for the following study.2. Analysis of the dynamic supply chain integration network with Non-linear Polya process.Based on the collaboration theory, and by analyzing the phrase and structure of supply chain development and their theoretical logistical relationship, we promote a model of dynamic supply chain integration network (DSCIN), and analyzing the model with Non-lineal Polya process. The results of analysis present that in the DSCIN model, which has got the character of positive feedback, enterprises own the ability of self-organization. Therefore, when we are trying to construct the collaborative supply chain network, we should take full advantages of this kind of ability, make the supply chain step into the circulation of positive feedback, and finally realize the collaboration and co-win by using the advanced information systems and technology.3. Research on supply chain collaborative planning based on the ERP and APS integration model.We choose the planning and system integration as the breakthrough of study how to carry out the collaboration into supply chain management. After analyzing their separate characteristics of ERP and APS, and based on the supply chain planning matrix, we proposed an integration model of ERP and APS from the aspect of function modules and business proceeding, and then we built a collaborative supply chain planning and scheduling model.4. System design application and practice research.Under the guidance of theoretically logical analysis and modeling analysis and combining the informatization background of a group enterprise, we discussed the application and practice of collaborative supply chain planning in the internal supply chains network of this enterprise. After concluding the whole paper's research achievement, we made a suggestion and outlook of the study in collaborative supply chain.
