| Recently, the development of Tianjin New Coastal Region is an important strategic in China. In 2006, granted by China State Council, Tianjin New Coastal Region became to an important opening door to the word in North China and an economic increasing pole surrounding Bo Sea area. As the core area of New Coastal Region, Tanggu must improve the function of regional center, develop the surrounding area, and optimize special construction to adapt to the rapid increase of economy. The spatial structure of land use is the material foundation during cities'development. It is an important realistic significance to study on the spatial structure of Tanggu, find out present problems, and discusses optimum strategies sand methods, in order to promote the land resources allocation more effectively, make the urban spatial structure more reasonable and make city's construction a benign circle.First, the article presents the conception and the main points of theories on spatial structure of land use. Evolvement characteristics and dynamic mechanism of urban land use of spatial structure in metropolitan regions of China are described. Then, present situation about spatial structure of land use in Tanggu is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Studying local situation, the author analysis the factors which effect on the future spatial structure of Tanggu, including natural environment, economic development, population growth, upgrading of industrial structure, development of regional traffic, policy guidance and urban planning factors. At last, based on the theory research and case study, this article puts forward the principle and general process of urban land use spatial structure optimization. According to present problems and summary of similar cases such as Yokohama, Docklands in London and Pu Dong New Area in Shanghai, the article puts forward optimizing strategy for urban spatial structure of Tanggu. It includes eight parts: city orientation from regional area, the principle of "ecology first", city spatial distribution, industrial cluster development, urban infrastructure support, suitable living environment promoting, culture promoting and system innovation. |
