Study On Optimizing The Allocation Of Urban-rural Constructive Land Use In Mountainous Area

Urban-rural conjunctive region is a transitional area derived from the system of urban-rural regions. The interaction between urban and rural becomes strong increasingly as the advance of social and economic development and urbanization. urban-rural conjunctive region has become the first choice for urban expansion. And the discrepancy between development and construction in urban-rural conjunctive region has become increasingly prominent, especially in construction land expansion and the protection of agricultural land. The sustainability of land use requires in-depth analysis of the rules of the non-agricultural constructive land expansion and good co-ordination and optimization of construction land in urban-rural conjunctive region.Land use is more complex in mountain fringe than in plain because of the special characteristics of natural conditions. The spatial layout of land for construction and expansion mode has been restricted strongly by topography, geology, water resources and other factors. Therefore, it is helpful to explore the evolution of land use structure of the region's economic, social and ecological sustainable use of coordinated development by the development of reasonable size and layout of construction land in mountain region. And mountain urban development can achieve the best overall efficiency.This paper take the case of Shuangqiao district to analyze urban-rural construction land structure and layout features and dynamic evolution. Based on the projections of population and economic, which are the most important driving force of urban-rural construction land expansion, this paper use Linear regression model and gray model to forecast the scale of urban construction land expansion, and combined with the social and economic development trends and direction of Shuangqiao district, it explored the construction land layout optimization mode of urban-rural conjunctive region by construction land suitability evaluation.Through research, we have identified the demand for construction land of Shuangqiao urban-rural conjunctive region in 2020. According to results of construction land suitability evaluation, the paper proposed the "Southern expansion, North extension, Middle demission" model of urban development and the layout of"three district, two belts"in urban land. There are also some feasible optimization programs on intensive use and the rational distribution of rural residential area and mining land. At last, measures on policy support, guidance of development mode and urban-rural coordinative development are respectively supported to ensure that the construction land layout of Shuangqiao urban-rural conjunctive region develops towards to the optimization program.
