With the advent of knowledge economy, Among resources owned by enterprises such as human, money, material and Information ,human resource becomes more and more important and activated. With the development of the enterprise towards market-orientation and internationalization, especially after china's entry into WTO, human resources has become the core of competition among the enterprises.Taking advantage of persons with ability and encourage them continuously is the determinant for enterprises to gain long competitive power. Motivation is the kennel of human resource management. Thereby it is a subject that enterprises must think over to improve whole diathesis of personnel and Inspire potential and activity of every kind of stuff.This paper synthetically applies many theories of human resource management and economics such as demand arrangement theory of Maslow, double factors of Herzberg, expectancy theory of Vroom, equity theory of Adams, manpower capital theory, knowledge value theory and motivation consistent theory etc. The staff-motivation is the topic of the article, which adopts the means of connecting the theory and practice, and as a whole states the history of the firm,the present conditions of organization and the meaning and the methods studying how to motivate the staffs. By analyzing the present motivation situation in M Medical Company ,the problems existed in the progress of motivation are given. This paper aims at providing practical method for M Medical Company to set up a new motivation institute. From the above analysis and discussions, this paper gives the principles to work out a scientific system. It provides thoughts, methods and material measure according motivation from several aspects such as planning human resources management of strategic height, perfect enterprise talent's motivation mechanism, excite talent's creativity, the performance is a foundation motivation. In the meantime, this paper give a case to the innovation of human resource managing system in private enterprise.
