In the age of information and technology,the core competence of corporations has transferred to the management of human resources.The four state-owned commercial banks ought to be the pace-setters,but they have not kept up with those modernized corporations.The thesis intends to conduct a research on the human resource management of W Branch of ABC,via literature review,case analysis,questionnaire survey and so on.Problems have been found in many aspects.For example,the age range of employees,structures of their academic background,distribution of posts,employee motivation,performance evaluation as well as the management system and recruitment system.Through analysis of the above problems,reasons have been found:shortage of qualified employees,cognition deficiency in human resource,inadequate planning of young employees'development,imperfect performance evaluation and recruitment systems.On the basis of my own experience as well as the qualitative and quantitative analysis,countermeasures have been proposed below:internal organization structure optimization,long-term human resource strategies establishment,more effective motivation system for young employees,scientific evaluation system and bank recruitment channels expansion. |
