Study On Strategy Of ZTS Non-Ferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd.

Developing strategic management takes a great important part in its management system for an enterprise. As one of the major copper bases in China, ZTS Non-ferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd has been developing at a very fast speed since its restructuring in 2001, especially in recent three years, ZTS has achieved great-leap-forward development year by year. However inevitably many problems exist during the development at the same time, which had a bad influence up on its reform, development and stability. Meanwhile, these problems also reflect the shortcomings of developing strategic management. So it is necessary to solve these problems from the strategy management point of view.Under new enterprise management theory, this article made an overall analysis on the internal and external environment of ZTS, and analyzed its advantage and disadvantage from the method of SWOT . Then advanced an developement strategy as well as its measures from ZTS's own facts and situation.In this paper the author made analysis in five chapters. Chapter one refers to the purpose and the research measures, and the second chapter quoted the relevant strategic theory. In the third and fourth chapters, the author made analysis of the enterprise's internal and external environment, Then in the fifth chapter using the SWOT method to make analysis with the result that resources strategy should be adopted by ZTS and introduced the development strategy and security system which are suitable to the development of ZTS.
