Research On The Development Of Modern Traffic Terminal Commerce Of Tianjin

City planning experts claim in the fast-developing cities, shopping centers will present two important directions:(1)traffic terminal commerce centers will became mainstream in the future.(2) the consumptive power from city center will spread to perimeter zones.In the 1980s,city track traffic developes fastly in the main cities worldwide.It not only advance track traffic itself develops as a special industry,but also bring city layout,relative industries along develop together, especially in commerce.At present,modern traffic terminal commerce development already became main direction in the big cities of China. Tianjin eleventh five-year plan of trade & circulation claim,Tianjin will take airport,railway station,subway station,bus station as node,complete supporting facilities of airport,introduce international and domestic well known brands ,discount stores, restaurant chain into Tianjin,developes Tianjin's modern traffic terminal commerce.This paper analyzes Tianjin commerce's current situation and prospect,builds analytical framework of modern traffic terminal commerce,research into Tianjin's modern traffic terminal commerce combines with advanced experiences of international and domestic cities.This article takes Tianjin high-speed highway commerce as example,conduct industry choice ,pattern choice and addressing analysis.From the views of consumer and enterprise,we analyze the conditions Tianjin high-speed highway commerce service hold.At last, we do SWOT analysis as Huayuan commerce circle.
