With the growth of residents’ income,the demand for fresh agricultural products has increased significantly,the fresh e-commerce have also developed rapidly.Fresh agricultural products are different from the common goods,it has a strong timeliness,if stored for a long time,the freshness will decline,so the requirement of fresh agricultural product distribution time and temperature control is high,cause the distribution cost is high.At the same time,second delivery resulting from the customer’s absence at home will also increase the cost of delivery.According to statistics,at present,the terminal distribution cost accounts for 1/3 of the total distribution cost,thus terminal distribution is important.In this paper,take the M fresh e-commerce as the research object,in view of its fresh fruit and yogurt beverage,the paper analyzes the operation mode and operation process of M company’s terminal distribution,found the problems including: the end of the distribution lack of temperature control facilities,secondary delivery quantity is big,the lack of a scientific distribution path.To solve these problems,this paper proposed a model based on cycle box of convenience stores self-pick up point and make feasibility analysis.Based on this model,the method of fuzzy evaluation,the optimization of the end points and the end distribution path optimization were studied and design the optimization plan.For the convenience shop of location,first use fuzzy evaluation method and level analysis method for preliminary filter,then established 0-1 mixed integer planning model,consider fixed cost of cycle box,fixed rent of convenience shop self-pick up point,express service fee,transport distribution fee,distance punishment cost.Then,take Baoshan district as pilot area,using fuzzy evaluation method to preliminary screen out 10 convenience stores self-pick up points from 20 optional convenience stores.Then the 4 distribution stores,10 convenience stores self-pick up points,14 needs points constitute a network.Using 0-1 mixed integer planning model for this network.Finally,six self-reference points were selected,the sensitivity analysis of the results was studied,the influence of the increase in the demand and the increase of the rents on the set-up points were discussed,and the range of the model stability was demonstrated.In order to improve the accuracy of M company’s delivery time and control the cost of logistics and distribution,this paper proposes a new method based on the time window to optimize the distribution of fresh end.A planning model is established to minimize the total delivery cost as the goal,considering the cost of transportation,fresh products distribution in the process of the damage cost and delivery time limit beyond customer punishment cost.The heuristic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the actual data are analyzed by case reducing the cost of delivery by 15%.prove the effectiveness of the optimization method.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the terminal distribution optimization of M fresh e-commerce.The suggestions have practical significance for M company’s terminal distribution,and have certain reference for the same industry.
