Research On Terminal Joint Distribution For Small And Medium E-Commerce Enterprises

In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology and mobile terminals, e-commerce in China has been developed rapidly, and the process of online transaction has become more perfect. The express industry has been driven by the development of e-commerce, for example, the trunk movement and warehousing are better automatized and standardized, but the development of terminal distribution has been lagging behind of the development of e-commerce, which limits the development of e-commerce.As the last part of e-commerce logistics, terminal distribution of e-commerce is the most important part, which is related to the customers’shopping satisfaction. How to establish a perfect terminal distribution system which can meet the need of customers with low cost is the biggest challenge of e-commerce logistics enterprises. Many enterprises have also made many attempts, but most of the results are not very well. Some e-commerce enterprises try building self-run logistics systems, the service becomes better, but the cost is too high for small and medium e-commerce enterprises. In this paper, the following research works are done to solve the problems of small and medium e-commerce terminal distribution:Firstly, the operation process of traditional terminal distribution in e-commerce logistics is analyzed in detail. The Petri net model of e-commerce terminal distribution is built, and then the model is analyzed to get the problems in the process of traditional e-commerce terminal distribution.Secondly, after the analysis of operation process of the e-commerce terminal distribution, instead of optimizing the traditional terminal distribution process, the necessary flexibility of e-commerce terminal distribution is analyzed, and joint terminal distribution is proposed to replace the traditional distribution mode based on the necessary flexibilities.Thirdly, the possible forms of cooperation and operation are analyzed, and possible joint distribution centers and terminal distribution nodes are proposed. Besides, the cooperation paths among the e-commerce logistics enterprises are put forward.Finally, the Petri net model of joint terminal distribution is built, which is analyzed and compared with traditional terminal distribution Petri net model, and then the advantages of joint terminal distribution in operation process are got. Besides, the economic benefit and social benefit of joint terminal distribution are analyzed.
