Research On The Application Of Enterprise Crisis Management Theory In The "Sanzhu" Company And "Juneng" Company

Enterprise crisis management is a strategic management process that under the premise that the enterprise has certain crisis consciousness ,in view of the crisis which probably occurs and the crisis which is occurring ,the enterprise carries on forecasting and guarding against the crisis beforehand, solving the problem properly in the matter, studying and improving after the crisis.In this paper, the concepts of enterprise crisis and crisis management are introduced. Based on the theoritical achievement and the successful or bad cases which have already occurred in the national and international business community, ten principles which the enterprise must follow when facing the crisis are summarized. Three important factors, which can prominently affect the direction of enterprise crisis management moves towards, are also analyzed. The present situation of the crisis management of the enterprises in our country is analyzed, and the problems are pointed out. Thus, the theory system of enterprises crisis management is developed.One successful case of"Juneng"company and one bad case of"Sanzhu"company in enterprise crisis management in our country are selected in this paper. By analyzing these two typical cases, the experience of enterprise crisis management is obtained in order to enlightenment other enterprises.
