| The investment of BOT project are huge in scale, the time-span is long, and the relationship of all participants involved in the project is complicated. Those make the BOT project great risks. But how to distinguish and treat the risks effectively is a realistic problem remained to solve.Firstly, this thesis expounds the development background and the researches in national and abroad of BOT project and it's development trend, also introduce the application and development of the BOT project in China. On the base of the understanding of the various project risk forms, through theoretical analysis, described the formation and composition of BOT project. Next this paper expounded the method of identification of project risk, such as checklist method, brain storms method and flow chart method. Using the project risk checklist method to identify the risk. Then on the base of the analysis and identification of the risk, using the basic principles by the most capable and best suited of Risk-sharing, share the BOT project risk in the various participants effectively. Finally, with the combination of Tianjin University of Technology logistical example of project, analysis of various BOT project participant to the benefits and risks, description of the project participant in order to avoid risks to be taken by the relevant measures. Also, this thesis expands in China's current economic conditions. Model used by the construction project should pay attention to the problem. And the corresponding point of view to avoid the project encountered in the implementation of risk. |
