| In view of the intensive completion and increasing risk in the financial environment, it is impossible for the bank Industry to take traditional indicators as the only managerial and controlling tools. In order to survive, the bank industry must design valid strategy and measure performance according to its strategy. This can help the bank know its own competition status in the industry solve problems that it confronts and measure the strategically aims in time.This research concludes performance measurement theory, point out limitations of traditional performance measurement and introduce the Balanced Scorecard in detail at first. Focusing on Hainan Branch of China Construction Bank as the research subject, this research analyze the current performance measurement indicators, point out its problem, reason and influence bank based on depth interview and This research tries to understand the Hainan of CCB's current strategic goals, performance measurement systems, and the links between it's performance measurement systems and strategic goals by in-depth interviews. Based on Hainan of CCB's amended strategic goals and the Balanced Score-card Model emphasizing risk management perspective, the research designs a strategic performance measurement indicator system to help Hainan of CCB take the strategy into action and improve competition. At last, finally this paper points out that some difficulties may be encountered in the process of implementing BSC of the Hainan of CCB, then it makes solutions to these difficulties. The conclusion has the reference value for other national commercial bank. |
