With the improvement of the standard of living and change of diet structure, aquatic product which characterized in low fat, tender meat and rich vitamin becomes more and more popular. The size and yield of freshwater aquiculture is increasing because of strong demand and high profit. It also became the main approach by which farmers can improve their incomes. However, soaring of agriculture products` price have led to increasing of breeding cost in recent years.More than that, weak financing and insufficient insurance are the challenges which farmers must meet.In this context, how to develop the comparative advantage in freshwater aquiculture, how to optimize management in production and stabilize income of feeding farmer are focused by researchers. The thesis based on the field survey to rural households which make living in freshwater aquicuiture described the status of freshwater aquiculture.Through the analysis on cost and revenue of feeding, the author find out following results.Firstly, combine with different size and breed type the feeding households have different resource of capital and face different market risks.Credit play an important role in the development of freshwater aquiculture. There is a significant different between anti-risk ability of feeding household. The distribution of aquiculture products are not smooth since the limitation of self-condition and market situation.Secondly, the profit of normal breed is the lowest. With the increasing of size, the yield in mu of normal breed is change as "(?)"shape, but special breed and mix of breeds is decreasing. For every breeding type, the revenue in mu is change as "(?)" shape as the increasing of size. Now the freshwater aquiculture is extensive. The increasing of feeding households` output are mainly rely on high input. Thirdly, the result of analysis showing that the substance is last productive in three types of feeding.
