At last, the thesis summaries all the possibilities and discusses the strategy when carries out the JMI.As a case of JMI, the thesis not only analyses deeply the JMI pattern of G..T .Tire Company but also summaries the affections and shortages if carries out the JMI. .Shortly, the thesis finds out the problems and solves them and continue on improvement, balance the logics and reduce inventory cost.
