Rural Human Resources And The Economic Development Of The West Side Of Taiwan Strait

For a long time people have paid great attention to development, and the modern economic society's development must depend upon the human resources' development and the management. To the economic growth, human resources' contribution is without a doubt, especially to China whose economy just took off the human resources have the special practical significance. Looking from the national economic development layout, the economic zone on the west side of the Straits is correct localization that Fujian develops productive forces and constructs the affluent society. The economic zone on the west side of the Straits' statement is a inevitable result of science understanding of region economy location and the cooperation of national region in China. The construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits will integrate Omni-directionally Fujian to the domestic and foreign region integration inevitably, and by this force to economic growth, Fujian economy must develop very fast.In the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, the human resources is one of most important conditions in the regional economies development. Fujian Province that in the Southeast of our country, whose amount of countryside human resources are many and quality was low. The dual economic structure is obvious, which has hindered the economical fast development seriously. This article introduce the concept Economic development and the human resource, especially on the relationship between region Economic development and Fujian rural human resource, then analysis on the present human resource conditions of Fujian province. Point out present human resource condition of Fujian province is amount is too many but the quality is low, and analysis reasons of the current condition. At last bring out the system's policy suggestion of Fujian province human resource exploitation.The structure of the paper: Chapter I introduced and summarized the basic theories and present research situation of rural human resources regional economic development; Based on the previous chapter, Chapter II analyzed the present situation of rural human resources development on the West Side Economic Zone of Taiwan Strait, and point out the existing problems; Chapter III summarized the related development experiences of Taiwan and Singapore, which share similarities with Fujian Province through comparison; Based on the analysis in the previous chapters, Chapter IV put forward the development strategy and related countermeasures of rural human resources development in the construction of the West Side of Economic Zone of Taiwan Strait.
