Research On Third Party Logistics Development Of Quanzhou Under The Strategy Of The Economic Zone On The West Side Of The Straits

In March2006,"Building the Economic zone on the west side of theStraits" was written into the government report. At present, the "Hai Xi"position has been increased from the local strategy to the national strategy. Itis centered by Fujian, covering the surrounding areas, corresponding to theTaiwan Strait, with its own unique characteristics and advantages of theregional economies. In recent years, as the main "Hai Xi" region of Fujianprovincial government have introduced a number of local laws and regulationsto support the development of modern logistics industry.This paper summarizes the current third-party logistics industrydevelopment theory and practice, describes the development of domestic andregional third-party logistics and theoretical studies, and introduced themodern definition of third-party logistics, features, service model and stagesof development, and analyzed by the Economic Zone and the development oflogistics industry in Quanzhou, discussed the need for the development ofthird-party logistics industry, and analyzed Quanzhou advantage of thedevelopment of modern third-party logistics, weaknesses, opportunities andthreats by the SWOT Analysis. At last, This paper proposed the policyrecommendations and strategic choice based on the Strategy of the Economiczone on the west side of the Straits of the third-party logistics industry inQuanzhou.
