| Small and micro enterprises is an important part of our economy, which is themost extensively distributed, with the largest number and the most dynamic andpromising company type. They are important forces to promote technologicalinnovation and achieve the change of economic development pattern. Since2011, thedevelopment difficulties of small and micro enterprises caused domestically wideconcern, both central and local government have introduced massive policies aimed atalleviating the growing problem of small and micro enterprises. However, the growthsituation is still grim. Therefore, the study of the growth mechanism of strengtheningsmall and micro enterprises has positive implications for theoretical research andpractical guidance.Firstly we reviewed the relevant literature about enterprise growth, propose toview the growth of small and micro enterprises as a complex system. After identifyall the external and internal growth factor, the paper establish the model and the makeresearch hypothesis. Then, we take small and micro firms from Haixi economic Zoneas sample, using structural equation model to verify the fit between the theoreticalmodel and the data, finally we got a good structural model. The empirical findingsshow that: the growth of small micro-enterprise growth of Haixi is related to manyfactors, including financial services environment, social service environment,industry and economic environment, entrepreneurs factors, corporate culture,products and market，these factors have impact on each other. Finally we proposed tooptimize the growth mechanism within two aspects of efforts, one is the optimizationof the external environment (including financial services environment, industry andthe economy, social services and infrastructure) and the other is building the internalgrowth capacity (including entrepreneurship, cultural development, product andmarket capacity), so as to help and promote the small and micro enterprises to grow. |
