| Aging process of population in the developed countries indicate that the aging level of urban population is commonly higher than that of rural population. However, China is on the contrary. At present, the rural aging level is higher 1.24% than the urban, and this inversion will last to 2040. From 1987, our country began to explore the rural social endowment insurance system. We have made some achievements through the practice of more than 20 years, but many problems still exist. The really suitable rural social endowment insurance system hasn't been built, and the rural residents dissociate with the social security system. So, with the aged tendency of population, the urgent affairs are to explore the suitable rural social endowment insurance model and to perfect the rural pension insurance system.History of the rural social endowment insurance in our country is analyzed in this paper. At the same time, China rural residents' desire of participating insurance and their paying ability are also studied through lots of researching data. Based on the interdisciplinary theories, sources of the rural residents' per capita income are analyzed by three dimensions: income, structure and growth rate. Cluster analytical method and principal component analytical method are the main researching methods. Then, building a disequilibrium rural social endowment insurance model is put forward in the paper, and trying to take more qualified rural residents in the system.There are thee characteristics of this paper. Firstly, the present theories about the rural social endowment insurance are concluded. Secondly, combined with the rural residents' desire of participating insurance, the paying ability is analyzed. Thirdly, in order to classify the rural area scientific and build a sustainable developed insurance system, the interdisciplinary theories and some modern methods are made use of, including cluster analytical method, principal component analytical method and other statistic methods. |
