On The Rural Endowment Insurance Of China

It has been 20 years since the introduction of the reform and opening policy, the historic transition from planned economy to market economy is nearly completed in the economic system reformation of China, and the constructing of the social security system also has greatly improved. However, some problems obstructing the further development of China's economy and society, such as"Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer"issues and the completion of social security, still stand out. At present, with the aging of the population of rural area and the quickening up of urbanization in China, the traditional way of endowment insurance in rural area has been losing its function. In the vastly rural area of China, the endowment insurance system as a new security system being explored still needs further improving and perfecting. These problems have obstructed the economic development of rural area and the advancement of society in China. So, it is important to constructing and perfecting the rural social endowment insurance system of China.In the introduction of this thesis, the importance of this thesis and the study approach are discussed. In the second chapter, the development of the rural social endowment insurance is reviewed and the shortcomings and problems of the existing rural social endowment insurance system is analyzed. In the third chapter, this thesis argues that it is necessary to construct the rural social endowment insurance system of China and it is also feasible to construct the system. In the fourth chapter, modes of the rural social endowment insurance of other nations are studied and the valuable modes of china are also studied, and this thesis sums up those experiences which can be used for reference. In the fifth chapter, this thesis put forth new mode rural social endowment insurance, which is the pivot of this thesis. In the sixth chapter, taking Guizhou Province as an example, this thesis put forth that modes of rural social endowment insurance should be constructed in the underdeveloped areas of west China, which is the innovation of this thesis, and it argues a new mode that includes difference areas and difference kinds of population.
