At present, the income gap between China's urban and rural residents continues expanding, the essence of the income gap between urban and rural residents is agriculture, rural areals and farmers problems, that is,three rural problems, the core of which is farmers problems, in fact, they is with the corresponding of agricultural industrialization, urbanization in rural areas and the increase of the farmers's income in three aspects. We have to achieve the industrialization of agriculture through the rural surplus labor transfer of employment to address the issue of agriculture, to achieve the transfer of rural labor force through urbanization to solve the problem in rural areas, on this basis, and then raise the income of the farmers and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents so as to solve the problems of farmers, finally, through the narrow of the income gap between urban and rural residents, in turn, speed up agricultural industrialization and urbanization. This article first presents a detailed comparative analysis with the history and present of agricultural industrialization, urbanization and income gap change between urban and rural residents since China's reform and opening up, and then, using the theory of development economics as well as the combination of the actual situation of our country , discusses the interaction mechanism between the level of China's agricultural industialization, urbanization and urban-rural income gap change from both positive and negative effects in detail, on this basis, basing on China's 1978-2006 annual time-series data on agricultural industrialization, urbanization of rural and income gap between urban and rural residents, and analysises the dynamic effects relationships between China's agricultural industrialization, urbanization of rural and urban-rural income gap with an in-depth empirica analysis in using econometric methods, and combing the third chapter of the theory and the actual situation of our country, carries out a detailed explanation. the results shows that, China's agricultural industrialization level although at an early stage will expand the income gap between urban and rural residents, but the long-term effect will be to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents. In the early, excessive income gap between urban and rural residents will be hampered ,to a certain extent, to the process of industrialization of agriculture, and in the long run ,the narrow of the income gap between urban and rural residents, to some extent, will promote the industrialization of agriculture;Although China's rural urbanization in the initial stage will be to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents, but in the long run, as China's urbanization patterns unproperly, the backward of urbanization development and the low level of quality will lead to a widening gap between urban and rural people's income. In the early, too much of the income gap between urban and rural residents will be hampered, to a certain extent, to the development of urbanization, but in the long run, to narrow the income disparity between urban and rural residents to a moderate level will have a certain role in promoting cities and towns development; China's agricultural industrialization drive has been to raise the level of urbanization in rural development. Although China's rural urbanization in the early did not stimulate the level of industrialization of agricultural, however, the long term will be to promote agricultural industrialization.Agriculture industrialization and urbanization will facilitate and promote each other .Finally, the article provides interactive and specific policy recommendations to speed up the process of industrialization of agriculture and urbanization, and to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents.
