Study On The Influence Of The Transfer Of Surplus Rural Labor Force On The Agricultural Modernization In Jiaxing

With the establishment of a well-off society and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the transfer of rural surplus labor force in China has entered a new stage.The research on the transfer of rural surplus labor force can provide a theoretical basis for the development of agriculture and the further implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Jiaxing City’s rural surplus labor force is constantly pouring into the city,turning to the non-agricultural sector.Although the migration of rural surplus labor has promoted the process of industrialization,the capital and talents in rural areas are also constantly losing,which does not match the current requirements of agricultural modernization.Taking Jiaxing as an example,this paper analyzes the impact of labor transfer on the development of agricultural modernization in order to realize the orderly transfer of labor force in Jiaxing and further realize the high-quality development of rural modernization.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part describes the background of the research,defines the main research methods and purposes of this paper,and describes the current situation and related theories at home and abroad,including Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.The second part,based on the current situation of the transfer of Jiaxing rural surplus labor,summarizes the problems in the transfer.This paper first summarizes the main supply situation of Jiaxing’s rural surplus labor,and then evaluates the current level of agricultural modernization in Jiaxing.Finally,based on the experience of developed countries,from the perspective of characteristics and quantity,it analyzes the labor demand needed in the development of modern agriculture in Jiaxing,and evaluates the development level of agricultural modernization in Jiaxing To include chapter 3.The third part is empirical analysis.In the process of analyzing the impact of the transfer of rural surplus labor on the development of modern agriculture in Jiaxing,this paper mainly uses the method of multiple linear regression model in econometric method,which mainly includes the contents of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5.The fourth part,based on the research conclusion,summarizes the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward suggestions for the contradiction between the agricultural modernization of Jiaxing City and the transfer of rural surplus labor,hoping to promote the development of agricultural modernization and the reasonable transfer of labor,mainly including the conclusion.
