As a developing country with the most populous people, China’surban-rural integration process still has a long way to go. China’s rapideconomic and social development needs the integration of urban and ruralareas of China; only in this way can the country achieve reasonable andorderly transfer of rural population to urban populations. During theprocess, the transfer of rural surplus labor has become a real issue.This article is based on reality and the rural surplus labor researcharticles both home and abroad, summed up the reasons of the advent of thesurplus labor in the urban-rural integration process and then analyze thecharacteristics of China’s rural surplus labor.The article focus on the analysis of the factors which restrict thetransfer of rural surplus labor force in China, following a comprehensiveanalysis of the role of these factors play in the process of transfer ofrural surplus labor, and measures should be taken in order to overcomethese factors, all of these lead to the surplus rural labor force transferpath analysis.Finally, on the basis of previous research the authors of this passagecombined with the policies of the current national guidelines and thenachieve the analysis of its own to the transfer of rural surplus labor.This paper argues that the transfer of China’s rural surplus labor cometo the need for innovative thinking and finding new roads, past transfermethods are based on the pattern of urban and township enterprises, nowit is the time to open up the city-rural-urban "combining "Trinity"transfer mode, this model is in line with the uneven national conditionsof China’s urban and rural development and to promote the urbanizationpolicy innovation.China has a large number of rural surplus labor, and the transfer of these labor is a complex and arduous task that requires a lot of capitalinvestment and human resources, we should base on reality, step by step,to focus on the economy and society development harmoniously andscientifically in the process of promoting the orderly transfer of laboronly in this way can we get out a the coordinated urban and ruraldevelopment road with Chinese characteristics.
