The Research On Reform Of Staff Motivation System Of Huashuo Chemical Corporation

Human resources are the core of enterprise resources. The competitiveness of enterprises is the human resources competitiveness of enterprises in the end. The staff will work harder for the enterprise's objectives by the staff motivation system. The enthusiasm of the staff will be mobilized to the maximum extent possibly by the staff motivation system. The staff motivation system of Huashuo chemical corporation in existence was stated, but it was seldom and dispersive. The human resource management system of Huashuo chemical corporation was not complete and systemic. The problems of staff motivation system of Huashuo chemical corporation in existence were analyzed. The reasons of the problems of staff motivation system of Huashuo chemical corporation in existence were analyzed. The employments'characteristics of the staffs of Huashuo chemical corporation were analyzed. The requirements'characteristics of the staff of Huashuo chemical corporation were analyzed also. According to the strategic objectives of enterprise and the analyzed results, the reformational projects of staff motivation system of Huashuo chemical corporation were worked out by use of related motivation theories. The reformational projects include management staff salary motivation system, management staff long-term motivation system, general staff salary motivation system and general staff saving rewards motivation system. The reformational projects include staff training motivation system, staff welfare motivation system, staff promotion motivation system and staff rewards motivation system also. The incentive targets include the management staff and general staff. The way that the reformational projects of staff motivation system of Huashuo chemical corporation were put into practice were advised.
