The new economic era, human resources management object is quietly changing, technicalpersonnel become the core competitiveness of enterprises, how to take effective way tostimulate technical personnel’s enthusiasm and creativity, become a modern enterprise,especially a new task faced by the oil companies. Due to various reasons, petroleum enterpriseproject human resource management still exist many problems and defects, has not beeneffective project staff incentive mechanism, influence the technical personnel’s workenthusiasm and work performance, therefore, to build petroleum project incentive mechanismis an important and urgent task facing.Based on the extension of the oil Jacqueline Nottingham project as the research object,comprehensively discusses the basic theory of incentives, the domestic and foreign researchreview, on the basis of the analysis of the extended oil Jacqueline Nottingham projecttechnical personnel incentive mechanism present situation and existing problems. The studyfound that Jacqueline Nottingham project technical personnel incentive exists at present:incentives of a single, evaluation system is not sound, narrow band salary cannot arouse theenthusiasm of work, education training did not play an incentive role, project departmenttechnical personnel problems such as weak project culture atmosphere, and connecting withthe problems of the main causes of the above problems are analyzed.
