The Study On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Competencies On Corporate Performance In The Middle-small Enterprise

Since reform and opening policies'implementation, the middle-small enterprise makes rapid progress in China. It is given full scope to many aspects such as boosting economic development, flourishing urban and rural market, increasing financial revenue, expanding social employment, pushing technical creation, optimizing economic structure, and maintaining social stability, etc. It is quite important for the development of social productivity as a force and combination unit for national economy. Following the competencies being paid attention more and more, it is quite important and meaningful from the theory and reality on studying its effect mechanism and performance to the achievement.The related theoretical and practical methods are being used in this article: Firstly, it is determined for entrepreneur and entrepreneurial competencies. Secondly, it takes analysis to the connotation and characteristic for entrepreneurial competencies, and approaches the influence element and structure, then make clear how the mechanism to be affected for the middle-small enterprise achievement from entrepreneurial competencies. So far, a model is set up based on their relationship. Thirdly, a survey questionnaire is designed with many companies assigned in many places including Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, etc. The data will be expanded in wide range of analysis and collection to make inspection.The actual activities are proved from what the author is thinking over and the mentioned suppose. Even though the entrepreneurial competencies are remarkable affected for the middle-small companies'achievement, the most important entrepreneurial competencies are including a lots such as creation, organization, decision, communication, study and acceptance of risk, etc. It's still not enough. At last, it will be expressed from the characteristic and its affect element of the entrepreneurial competencies to put the related countermeasures forward, and hopes to give some idea on training and promoting the entrepreneurial competencies. It will be helpful to heighten the entrepreneurial competencies so that to improve the achievement. It will also take positive influence to encourage the middle-small enterprises becoming bigger.
