The Gray Synthetic Evaluation Research On The Financial Situation Of Listed Companies

In order for investors, operators, loaners and the economical management departments of government to master finance position , finance synthetic evaluation is the method of which completely analyzing and evaluating the capacity of gained profit, payment on a debt, operation and development. The loaners wish to withdraw the capital that they lend, the investors want to make the rational investment decision, and the managers in order to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of the enterprise. Therefore, to enterprise financial synthetic evaluation is necessary. At present, a lot of research about synthetic evaluation of financial enterprises has been done, but there are a certain deficiencies and shortcomings. So this article attempts to seek a more scientific and rational evaluation methods.Through a synthetic analysis of the current financial evaluation of the defects and limitations, because the financial position of listed companies with characteristics of gray, this article have introduced a gray system theory. In the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation, the choice of financial indicators is especially important which will have a direct impact on the results of the evaluation. So in the choice of indicators, this article use the statistical methods to establishment of a better screening of the financial evaluation index system and in order to avoid duplication of evaluation, it makes a correlation test in the index. Then, construct the financial situation of the gray comprehensive assessment model with Grey Fixed Weight Clustering. In order to test the accuracy of the model, this article selects 40 listed companies on the use of models. The results show that:this method has obvious advantages and it can overcome many disadvantages of the traditional methods. Specially, it uses the continuous function approach to deal with hierarchy in the intersection between the gray sets. The analysis course is more scientific and rational, so the outcome is more correct and this result will be more useful for people to make decisions. These advantages of the method and the grey characteristic of most things in our world indicate this method will not be ignored in the future.
