How to provide the powerful talented person to maintain the enterprise strong vitality and the competitive power has become the important topic which the modern enterprise faces, the enterprise human resources ability construction regarding the promotion enterprise core competitiveness has the important meaning.This article take ASIMCO-Nanyue(HengYang) Co., Ltd as an object of study. ASIMCO-Nanyue Corporation is a China and US Joint venture, has certain representative in the Chinese automobile part Manufacturing firm. After joining WTO, the Chinese automobile profession has welcomed an opportunity and the challenge coexisting period of expansion. ASIMCO-Nanyue Co., wants to achieve the development opportunities in the intense profession market competition, must enhance own competition strength.
