Guangdong HC company is an education consulting,product development,business and investment enterprise group,after decades of development,large enterprises industry has covered a number of industries,facing the market competition is more severe.After all the enterprise competition is the talent competition,in order to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the company,human resources needs to be combined with the corporate strategy,deployment and design for human resources,build an executable human resources strategy,achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise.This paper describes the background of the research on human resources strategy of Guangdong HC company,analyzes the strategic human resources research at home and abroad,summed up the strategy of HC company is facing human resource problems,provide a basis for further research.Then,this paper describes the concepts and theories of strategic human resources,analyzes the concept,connotation and characteristics of strategic human resources,summarizes the theory of human resource strategy,namely resource based theory,human capital theory,behavioral theory and the role of general system theory.Then,this paper analyses the internal and external environment of Guangdong HC company human resource strategy,summarizes the internal and external environment,are described for analysis of human resource strategy,analyzes the internal and external environment,at the same time using the SWOT tool positioning positioning strategy of Guangdong HC human resources.Then,according to the Guangdong HC company's human resources development principles,summed up the strategy target,establish and improve human resources management system,optimize the internal structure,from four aspects of work ability,loyalty,compensation and human resources training design of human resource strategy content of Guangdong HC.Finally,this paper describes the implementation of the Guangdong HC human resources strategy guarantee,including optimizing system reform of enterprise organization transformation,human resource strategy management system,pay attention to financial function provides financial support for the strategic management of human resources.
