According to the contrast theory, transaction costs and institutional change and starting from management mechanism of green food industrialization, the paper designs the mechanism of green food industrialization to ensure its steady development from several aspects such as safeguard mechanism, quality-monitor mechanism, division of labor cooperation mechanism and supply chain mechanism.At last, the paper proposes policy suggestions on the macroeconomic level and the microeconomic level that the nation should shape the realization of green food industrialization and quality and safety of food to lead healthy development of China's greed food industry, including supporting leading enterprises and corporative organizations, improving distribution mechanism of agricultural input, permitting and encouraging innovations, reinforcing quality supervision and technology popularization, promoting docking of supply chain, optimizing industrial environment and issuing preferential policies.
