The Research On Choice Of Dominant Enterprises Technological Innovation Strategy In Technology Standard Alliance

At present, the competitiveness of enterprises lies in the nature of the capability of independent innovation, how to improve the capability of independent innovation, adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, have been the key issues of these enterprises. Therefore Chinese enterprises graully set up a lot of technological standard alliances, expecting by the way of technological standardization to improve the capability of independent innovation and promote industrial technology progress. In this process, the choice of dominant enterprises technological innovation strategy is related to themselves and the whole alliance, even the whole alliance's existence and development.We mainly focus on the choice of dominant enterprises technological innovation strategy in technical standard alliance, witch both in principle and demonstration (case) systematically, and an integrity theoretical frame is hopeful to be established.First of all,we introduce the background and the significance of topics, then we review the theory and related literature, finding that on the choice of dominant enterprises technological innovation strategy in technical standards alliance less than a fragmented, in particular the lack of systematically analysis in recent years. Therefore, it is necessary for study.Secondly, we analysis the content, motivation, factor about the choice of dominant enterprises technological innovation strategy in technical standards alliance. In fact, the key of the choice of dominant enterprises'technological innovation strategy lies in selecting the appropriate strategy for technological innovation, to achieve effective operation of technology and market elements and promote technological innovation process. In this process, based on different factors and motivation, the choice of dominant enterprises innovation strategy in technical standards alliance are differnt. Then,we use the method of Shapley value to build a two-stage model on choice of dominant enterprises'innovation strategy in technical standards alliance, and its choice of technological innovation strategy are different for different types of dominant enterprises.Thirdly, we take an empirical examination for ShanLian(IGRS),a typical case in technological standard alliance. And we find that evidence is consistent with the basic theory. We accordingly produce the policy suggestions to improve the enterprises capability of independent innovation and promote industrial technology progress. At last, we introduce the conclusions of the research, innovation, research and the limitations of the direction of further study.
