China Enterprises' Technological Innovation Based On Technology Standards Patent Research

Along with knowledge and technology becoming the foundation for economic development day by day, the combination of property right with technology is unceasingly closed. The patent trend of technical standard appeared. Technological innovation and the property right are both becoming the core competitiveness of corporate. In recent years, many Chinese enterprises are frequently lawsuited in the patent trend of technical standard, which arouse great attention in academic circles and the government. So it is of great moment to research technological innovation of Chinese enterprises from the patent of technical standard term. The systematic researches in this field are few, so the writer tries to use economics, management science, management of technological innovation and some management tools to make researches on the technological innovation of Chinese enterprises by analyzing the present status of technological innovation and the protection of intellectual property, and give theoretical and practical instruct for Chinese enterprises to improve the core competitiveness.There are six chapters in this paper. At introduction, the paper addresses the purpose of the research, and set up the structure of the paper.Theories are introduced in the second chapter, including technological innovation, the protection of intellectual property and the patent of technical standard, on these theories, the writer draws the following conclusions: technical standard is the tool for market competition, and the combination of technical standard with patent right makes the user of the technical standard be locked, so that the owner of the technical standard can control the whole industry.In the third chapter, the impact on Chinese enterprises from the patent trend of technical standard at present time is stated after analysis of the two cases, based on which the writer brings forward : at present time ,Chinese enterprises should attach importance to research and develop self-core technology ,and pay attention to the combination of technology import with technology development, and establish technical standard association to make that technical standard strategy, property right...
