In the areas of human resource management, performance management is the core of human resources management and development. It is the most systematic appraisal project. But this kind of process and the result will influent directly to the other aspects of human resources works, and then it will have an impact on the company's human resource policies and overall operating results.How to design a set of scientific and effective performance management system with our country national conditions? It is a brand-new and the significant topic. According to the enterprise's actual situation, how to establish a set of scientific performance management system in order to enhance their competitiveness, it is the key to be growth.The beginning of XX Group is in 1995,and the main value chain of this company is real estate operation. And the operation comprise top grade mansionrooming house, top grade green villa, design of architecture, automation of equipment, engineering management, property management, rummery, finance investment and so on .By the development of XX group ,it si very important that performance management do a strong power of this grope. But for many reasons, the performance management is the weakness tache of human resource management. Why is it ? How to reform or improve it?This paper takes performance management theories and methods as the starting point, and introduce the performance management systems on the general pattern, uses the method which unify the theoretical analysis and the case study to analyze the actual situation of XX Group; Uses the enterprises investigation, through the actual knowledge, interviews, questionnaires of a number of functional departments and project teams, seeks and clarifies the existing problems of performance management in the work. Uses the literature methodology, through various channels to collect the domestic and foreign materials, understands a variety of ways and methods of performance management in the enterprise. Combine the specific conditions in xx Group and the different level staff characteristic, to find the KPI indicators which to impact the corporate strategy efficiency. and proposed to solve these problems and countermeasures based on this.Further discussion in KPI comprehensive performance management issues, and design a set of comprehensive performance management plan which adapts xx group. Proposed the effective performance management system with the Group's strategic development objectives, and encourage staff and the organization to increase and be growth.
