Dynamic oil corporations, as the outcome of petroleum company system innovating in early 90's of the last century, are named as their small scale and low output relative to the three large oil corporation.Although our oil industry has been recombined, its virtual innovation is still slow. Along with new century coming, the oil corporation marketing trend appears step by step. How to survive and develop in drastically marketing competition is a big problem that oil corporation faces. For the small oil corporations, how to advance management and economic benefit is becoming more important. To establish a set scientific and effective oil corporation outstanding achievement estimate index system, oil corporation outstanding achievement estimate index system constitution in this essay takes the whole oil corporation management course as object, combine qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, financial evaluation and non-financial evaluation.
