In the era of economic globalization,enterprises continue to face internal and externaltransformation.And staff mobility is also more and more high. As the core of human resourcemanagement, post management is the core for enterprises to overcome this problem and realizesustainable development.Reasonable person-job fit,which is the basic of position management, isthe premise to improve employees’ job performance.And how to improve employees and enterpriseperformance has become the focus of the human resources management department. Throughreading a lot of literature,it has concluded that person-job fit does influence employees’ jobperformance by affecting self-efficacy.This paper makes an empirical study based on previousliterature by using a lot of research methods.The purpose is to explore the relationship betweenperson-job fit,self-efficacy and job performance,and to provide valuable reference in making andactualizing enterprise management work.Based on the literature review,it construct the measurement scales of each variable.And thenconduct a small range survey.This study use the SPSS19.0software for reliability analysis andavailability analysis to analysis the data which is collected.The results show that the scale has agood validity and reliability.So the formal investigation can be conducted.The formal investigation collected202effective questionnaires from Hangzhou andSuzhou.Firstly,carry on Variance analysis on demographic variables.The results demonstrate thatdemographic variables have no significant difference on the six dimensions of person-jobfit.Secondly,carry on analysis of relationship,the results show that person-job fit has significantpositive correlation with self-efficacy. Person-job fit has significant positive correlation with jobperformance.Self-efficacy has significant positive correlation with job performance.Then by usingregression analysis,the relationship among person-job fit,self-efficacy and job performance is beenproved.And it is proved that self-efficacy has mediating effects on the relationship betweenperson-job fit and self-efficacy.At last,the results of two-factor analysis of variance indicate that agehas significant moderating effects on employee ability and task performance.And annual incomehas significant moderating effects on interpersonal relationship and relationshipperformance.Finally,for how to improve the person-job fit and self efficacy,so as to improveindividual and enterprise performance,it put forward some constructive suggestions.
