The Research On Cooperation Relationship Between Family Business And Professional Manager

Family business need more than only the resource come from itself. It need to cooperate with the professional manager so that it will keep developing steadily. In fact there are various problems between the family business and professional manager. This postgraduate thesis will study the cooperation relationship between family business and professional manager and find the keys of the cooperation.Firstly, the thesis explains the background and meaning of the research, then puts forward the research method. On the background of reading many papers and deep interview with some relevant objects. The thesis works out that three factors can influence the cooperation relationship between family business and professional manager. The three factors are the condition of family business, outer environment condition and the condition of professional manager. Secondly, the thesis puts forward the research hypothesis and designs guestions are for the cooperation relationship between family business and professional manager on the base of the three factors above. The people we investigated are owner of the family business, senior managers, middle managers and employees. Through certain investigation methods, we took back its efficient samples. Then the thesis analyses the data collected with SPSS, including reliability check, relation analyses and return statistics analyses. This thesis makes use of above method research the cooperation relationship between family business and professional manager. This thesis comes to conclusions as follows:(1) The external conditions will influence the cooperation between family business and professional manager; (2) The conditions of professional manager will influence the cooperation between family business and professional manager; (3) The condition of family business itself will influence the cooperation between family business and professional manager.The conditions of family business itself are most important in the three factors. The conditions of professional managers is second important and the external conditions third. So we must take actions on these factors and do more on the condition of family business itself.
