The satisfaction of Employee is the main diagnosis conditions to enterprise human resource management and the cornerstone of enterprise development. Employee job satisfaction can also be used as the early warning indicators of an enterprise human resources management soundness or not, thus early detect where the business problem lies according to it, and then take appropriate measures to refine and improve enterprise. The satisfaction of Employee plays a very important role in reduce staff turnover rate and improve work efficiency.In this paper, Jimin Pharmaceutical's employees is the research object. In this study, the satisfaction survey can be got by methods of the questionnaire survey, the data analysis can be got on use of EXCEL and SPSS12.0 , data analysis on the use of the descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, single-factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and other methods. In this paper, the Jimin Pharmaceutical employee satisfaction questionnaire was finished on this basis of study the employee satisfaction theory at home and abroad such as the definition of job satisfaction, job satisfaction measurement methods and tools .Secondly, describe the sample of the questionnaire on the title of the situation in scoring, with a focus on the analysis of different latitudes Employee Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction individual property, and analysis Jimin Pharmaceutical determinants of employee satisfaction through the method of correlation analysis; Finally, the following conclusions were got by the analysis of Jimin Pharmaceutical staff satisfaction: (l)The overall job satisfaction of Jimin of Pharmaceutical employees are general, its biggest factors are the work of return, namely, salary, incentives, training and promotions. (2)The employee job satisfaction is different significantly according to different personal property.Based on the findings, this paper give some suggestion to Jimin Pharmaceutical : re-build a fair and reasonable remuneration system; a well-established system of training and career management; set up mechanisms for promotion of fair competition; diversify of incentive measures.
