This is a time of knowledge economy.With the continuous advancement of technical revolution,the toughest thing for an enterprise is about how to stand out with its own relatively competitive advantages in front of fittest survival.While staff are the most energetic individuals,whose wisdom brings vitality,and what's more injects fresh energy,thus how to inspire employees' wise intelligence in order to take the advantage of employee voice is significant for a company development.Through years of research and study,the author have noticed abusive supervision is a commonplace in China.In order to have a further study,this dissertation choose it as one of the variables.On the basis of social exchange theory and social learning theory,the paper explores the mediating roles of supervisor-identification,and the reconciling role of locus of control traits as well as tradition traits.By theories studying and examples analyzing,the paper reveals the interior relationship between abusive supervision and employee voice.Employing structural equation model and hierarchical regression etc.methods to analyze and compare 268 random sets of paired data about supervisors from 12 enterprises in Guiyang,the final data show that abusive supervision has a negative influence on employee voice,leader-identification plays a mediating role in the issue of abusive management and employee voice,and locus of control personality,tradition plays a moderating function in the relationship of abusive supervision and supervisor-identification.
