The study on job satisfaction has been a pop subject for quite a long time in the international academia.But it began to cause the attention of the domestic academia just in recent years.In China,the study approaches on job satisfaction are still short of local characters.The depth and extent of the study seem to be limited.IT employee as a large employee group that has been rapidly rising under the background of knowledge economy was selected as the object of this study.This study aimed to explore the status quo of local IT employee's job satisfaction.For achieving the aim, fist this study developed a local questionnaire which has good working's exam.And we selected a famous IT corporation-Wuhan Kaimu Soft Corporation as object to analys.With the help of Software SPSS,doing examination of Cronbach a coefficient; As the answers of the staff has given for their satisfaction,and work out the weight W_i of the assessing for the satisfaction;At the same time we can get the degree and the distance of the employees' satisfaction and they demands,that can be the proof for finding the key reason effecting the satisfaction,and that can be the proof for company's strategy;Then the single factor variation and correlate analysis analysis is used to examine whether the personal variants show up apparent differences to the job satisfaction,also use the SPC to control the satisfaction of employees.The outcome shows:(1)The employees' satisfaction of IT up to low is relationship of job,content of job,environment of job,achievement of job work rewards;But the determinant factor to effect IT staff satisfaction up to low is work rewards,environment of job,content of job,achievement of job,relationship of job.(2) The most differents of employees' satisfaction and they demands are work rewards and relationship of job.(3)Female and male have remarkable difference on work rewards only;Marriage have remarkable influences on work rewards and environment of job;No remarkable differences appear on age;Education has remarkable influences on job satisfaction environment of job,content of job;There are remarkable differences show on position;Salary have remarkable influences on work rewards.According to the outcome of the research,this study suggests that:establishing fair and reasonable salary system;enhance the training system;establishing a better environment of job:such as reconstructing the human relationship in corporation. establishing the corporation culture to progress actively,rebuildding unimpeded information announcing and exchanging platform and so on.
