Logistic Management System Construction Research Of Liaoning Mobile Communication Corp.

As the speedy development of Liaoning mobile communication, the China Mobile Communication Group establishes the integrated purchasing management system in order to reach the goal of cost optimization, and the integrated logistics management system is going to be set up consequentially. Through the logistics management system, Liaoning Mobile Communication Corp. will enhance the product supplying in time, and meet the needs of products from network constructing, maintenance and business service.This thesis annalysed the logistic problems during the purchasing process of Liaoning Mobile Communication Corp, including the working flow of materials purchasing, preparing, delivering, and manufacturer integration, logistic integration, the logistic opration mode, and the information system etc. Through the investigation and the analysis of external and inner environment, the thesis gave the necessary reasons and the general ways of setting up logistics management system, and gave the logistics management system construction program and implement plan, and demonstrated the construction program, the management demands and the information system's function of provincial center warehouse. Simultaneously, this thesis set up the demands of every node in logistic management, in order to achieve the goals of reducing the logistics cost, and standardizing the logistics management. The thesis draw conclutions as follows:1.The ways of manufacturer delivering the materials to Liaoning Mobile has to be changed, a third party should be introduce to manage the delivering in order to promote the logistic management level and service level.2.Liaoning Mobile Communication Corp should set up the integrated logistic management system to adapt the integrated purchasing mode. Through the establishment of the provincial center warehouse, Liaoning Mobile Communication Corp. would realized the integration management of the products in the warehouse.3.Put forward the evaluating standard for storage and delivery system, in order to monitor the efficientcy and service quality of logistic system. 3.Designed the logistic information system and using the system to carry out the effective management of logistic system.This thesis brought a new way to think about the construction of Liaoning Mobile's supply chain and logistic management system, it gave the thought of renting a wearhouse to carry out the integrated logistic management, and it set forth the idea to introduce the third party logstics to manage the warehouse.The restructure of Liaoning Mobile's purchasing and logistics system may not promote the service efficiency in short time, or reduce the logistics cost obviously. But through the promotion of the logistics system and the choice of the third party logistics would deduct the investment and the resources, especially, as the system grow gradually into maturity, the advantage of promoting the working efficiency and reducing cost will show up.
