| Nowadays,logistics has become an important way to promote an enterprise core competitive ability.The business efficiency of enterprises is directly influenced by logistics management level.Advanced concept of logistics management,effectively combined with reasonable,effective logistics strategical planning and the economical ,practical and advanced logistics technical method,will contribute to the most ideal to the operation effect,and help enterprises to achieve optimized social and economic benefits.Hunan XiangZhu Chemical Co,.Ltd is a private cooperation located in Zhuzhou city.Now,the company is facing many problems during the process for development.There are still many problems in logistics management waiting for solution which blocked the future development of enterprise.The thesis is based on real case.The author through making deep research in current advanced experience and theory of logistics managenment,and combined theory with practice, make use of these advanced logistics management methods to solve series of current problems of logistics management in Hunan XiangZhu Chemical Co,.Ltd.Firstly,the author analyzed and researched the actual situation and existing problems of logistics management in Hunan XiangZhu Chemical Co,.Ltd both in. macroscopic and microcosmic aspects, indicated that the company lacked logistics operation planning. Seen from the angles of supply logistics,production logistics and sale logistics ,the author analyzed the logistics problems existed in the company. Secondly,he gave the logistics strategic planning based on the integrated supply chain logistics management,also demonstrated the solution strategy about supply logistics management,production logistics management , sale logistics management and information management. Finally,he made preliminary discussion on future logistics management prespects of the company,proposed the company to adopt vendor managed inventory and Third-party logistics management gradually in the future,so that to further improve the company's logistics management level.
