At present,the research on the theory and practice of internationalentrepreneurship is still at the early phase in our country,and research objects arefocused on the China's large state-owned enterprises. Papers about internationalentrepreneurial strategy formulation and implementation and relative management ofsmall and medium-sized private enterprises are rather few,meanwhile,previous studiesfocused more on domestic macro-level than the micro level;focused more on thetheoretical level than the integration of theory and practice.In the 20 years'reform and opening period, ZheJiang Province hasaccomplished a bloom in economy, which has a great matter with the development ofthe non-state-owned enterprises in ZheJiang. Non-state-owned enterprises has take ahalf proportion in the whole economy. And in some counties it even occupy 80percents of the whole economy income, which means the non-state-owned enterpriseshave been the backbone of these places. Of he 10 trillion unofficial financial capital,ZheJiang takes several. And it also takes one third non-state-owned enterprises in thewhole country. In the past 20 years ,many ZheJiang non-state-owned enterprises hasdone their Primitive accumulation of capital ,they have set up the product ,brand,technique and marketing web, the next step they need to be collectivized andspecialized. In order to go global , ZheJiang non-state-owned enterprises has break thedistriction boundary,developing a explore method of"Go out", involving in foreigninvestment, carrying out international entrepreneurship. so,there is no doubt that thestudy of international entrepreneurship of private enterprises in ZheJiang has veryimportant theoretical meanging and practical value.The private enterprises studied in this paper are defined in a broad sense,which includes the individual and private enterprises,the private collective enterpriseswithout supervisors ,the limited liability companies co-sponsored by natural and legalpersons ,the Co.,Ltd which is owened by government but not controled by them .International entrepreneurship is defined as :It's a process that the enterprise creativelydiscovers and expands the chance of international market at the base of her own comparative advantage,meanwhile, the enterprise explores competitive advantage andher aim is to improve the integrated performance level of the enterprise.The paperanalyses the status,impetus,and problems of international entrepreneurship of theprivate enterprises in ZheJiang,and focuses on the method of strategic selection fromentrepreneurship export-oriented strategy,contract strategy and investment strategy atthe base of clearing up the theory of international entrepreneurship of privateenterprises.And it demonstrates that the theoretical model is right through theintegration of case study and theoretical study.First of all,this paper demonstrates the basic conditions of internationalentrepreneurship of ZheJiang's private enterprises,displaying the indicators'sdevelopment of international business,such as the export of province ,foreign directinvestment and so on.Next,it analyses the impetuses that the private enterprise inZheJiang implement international entrepreneurship strategy from nine aspects ofseeking the purpose of expanding foreign markets,managing and expanding thechannels for international resources,pursuing managerial effectiveness and highefficiency,seeking the product market expansion of sales network,exporting maturetechnology and importing advanced technology,expanding exchange and conveyinginformation and expanding international influence,absorbing and making use offoreign investment,the objective demand of strategic development,looking forinternational talents who are with growth potential and enhance their corestrength,subsequently,it discusses the basic pattern that the private enterprisesimplement international entrepreneurship strategy,indicating that internationalentrepreneurship strategy of private enterprises are mainly export-orientedstrategy,contract strategy and investment strategy.It makes a comprehensive andsystematic analysis about macroscopic and microcosmic environment and internalconditions that it implements international business strategy .And it draws aconclusion of SWOT analytical matrix by taking advantage of SWOT method toanalyse the opportunities,threats,strengths,weaknesses of international business ofZheJiang's private enterprises which is used as theoretical basis for strategic studies.The paper makes more intensive and systematic analysis and research forexport-oriented,contract type,investment strategy of international entrepreneurship incivil private enterprises.Taking the ZhengTai Group as the background,it studies thecase of export-oriented international business,introducing the different phases ofexport-oriented international business and core strategy .The export of private enterprises can be divided into indirect export and direct export two parts,theimplementstion of export-oriented strategy is usually begun from indirect export andtransforms into direct export after the conditions are mature.Taking Mc Donald's fastfood,KFC and Pizze Hut(which are franchised)around the world for examples ,itstudies the contract-oriented international business case and it is a low-risk,low-costway compared to other access methods when adopt this strategy to enter internationalmarket.The international entrepreneurial entenprises usually combine this model withthe model of export and investment to make full use of entenprises'advantagedresources and achieve the maximization of profits.It plays a more promient role in theprocess of China's international business of private enterprises.Finally,taking the JiLiAutomobile Group as the background,it studies the case of the investment–orientedinternational business,and makes a detailed study of three key issues:industryselection,investment ways selection,investment locations selection of ZheJiang'sprivate enterprises'international business investment-oriented strategy.By this study,the paper tries to provide theory,practical model and relatedinstructive advice for the private enterprises in ZheJiang on how to achieve thesuccess and have the durable international entrepreneurship abililty and the privateenterprises are implementing international entrepreneurship.Providing a range of morevaluable advice for ZheJiang's private enterprises which implement internationalentrepreneurship. The international entrepreneurship of ZheJiang's privateenterprises have their own particular characters and path compared to theinternationalization of state-owneded enterprises or the foreign internationalenterprises'process of international development.At the same time,the coming era ofmanagement without boders and global competition continuous to change theenterprises'managerial environment which not only demands more ,newer and higherrequirements for the private enterprises'managerial level,but also ask the privateenterprises'international business model to make necessary,timely and effectiveadjustments according to the changes of situation .And providing policyrecommendations for the local government to conduct the private enterprises toimplement international entrepreneurship and construct the system for the internationalbusiness of the private enterprises.
