However,domestic theoretical research is lagging behind entrepreneurial practice,and the results of science and technology search show that there are only two articles on opportunity-based entrepreneurship in domestic databases,and this type of entrepreneurship research is still blank.Opportunity-based new enterprises are more often found in newly created markets,are the creators of new industries,and contribute greatly to national economic development,but their development is largely dependent on the external policy,economic,legal and other entrepreneurial environments.The entrepreneurial process is a multi-latitude,complex and dynamic process combining various factors,and the gap between domestic and foreign approaches to entrepreneurship research is the lack of tracking studies in China.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the entrepreneurial process of opportunity-based new ventures.This paper takes the entrepreneurial process of an opportunity-based enterprise,the self-starting MF company,as an example,and adopts the methods of empirical research and tracking research,focusing on the characteristics of entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial process of small private opportunity-based enterprises,the problems and solutions and tracking effects in the early stage of enterprise creation,the problems and solutions and tracking effects in the middle stage of enterprise creation,combined with the internal management,capital,personnel and external entrepreneurial We also explore the inner rules of this type of entrepreneurship,taking into account the influence of internal management,capital,personnel and external entrepreneurial environment on opportunity entrepreneurship.The main work done and innovative research results are as follows.Regarding the transition and future development planning of opportunity-based entrepreneurship,this paper summarizes and reflects on the current general context of small private education and training institutions in which the self-starting MF company is located,and presents its own views.The above research can theoretically fill the gap in the field of research on such opportunity-based entrepreneurship in small private education and training institutions,practically guide the entrepreneurial activities of domestic opportunity-based entrepreneurs,and provide reference for government departments to formulate relevant entrepreneurial policies.
